The 3 Day Intimacy Reboot Challenge

Welcome to the Intimacy Reboot Challenge!

The intention of this challenge is to help you improve the communication in your relationship, deepen the love you feel for your partner and heat up your sex life. All three days are listed on this page, so make sure to complete any previous challenges you missed.

Day 3: December 6th, 2023

We’re wrapping up the Challenge today — but don’t worry, there are still many more ways you can go deep with your partner.

Here are your communication exercises with SOS Coaches Roosevelt and Renita Quick.

  1. Morning Ritual – “Beverage of Affection”: Begin the day by preparing your spouse’s favorite morning beverage and bringing it to them in bed. This silent act of service communicates love and appreciation without words.
  2. Midday Challenge – “Heartfelt Whispers”: During the day, connect with your spouse through affirming and encouraging messages. Use affirmations (including biblical ones, if applicable) to express your desire and love, reinforcing your commitment and preparing for intimate moments.
  3. Evening Reflection – “Intimate Inquiries”: Conclude the day by pondering and sharing responses to three vital questions. These questions aim to explore and understand each other’s fantasies, desires for new experiences, and plans for fulfilling them. This exercise encourages open communication about sexual, emotional, and intellectual needs and aspirations.

Day 2: December 5th, 2023

Our SOS coaches are back — and they’re dropping not one, but THREE simple exercises you can try with your partner today. Choose one or try all 3…if you dare!

Here are your communication exercises with SOS Coaches Roosevelt and Renita Quick.

Morning, Noon and Night Communication Exercises:

  • The Deepest Gaze: Be truly present with your partner. Look into their eyes, look into their soul, and enjoy those moments of closeness in their presence for just two to three minutes.
  • Speaking Life Over Your Partnership: use affirmations, concentrate on speaking life over your relationship, speaking life over your marriage and over your spouse
  • Three Important Questions: discuss three questions about satisfaction, desires, and commitments in five areas of intimacy: sexual, spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual.

Day 1: December 4th, 2023

Here’s your communication exercise with SOS Coaches Roosevelt and Renita Quick.

Cuddle Communication:

Non-verbal communication makes up the majority of your interaction with you partner. A simple hug from your partner has been shown to release endorphins like oxytocin, which is proven to reduce stress and improve mental health.

In this short video, the Quicks explain today’s short exercise:

Instructions: complete a 5-minute cuddle session with your partner. Enjoy being in each other’s presence, as well as the wonderful exchange of oxytocin.

Here’s your intimacy exercise with SOS Coaches Kendall and Lane Strahan.

Sexy Texting:

Sometimes, just expressing your desires is the key to unlocking a new level of intimacy in your relationship. In today’s intimacy exercise, SOS Coaches Kendall and Lane Strahan share a short, sexy exercise you can do with your partner to learn more about their fantasies.

Instructions: send a sexy text your partner asking “instead of this in the bed, THIS this instead.” Use the opportunity to share your innermost desires with each other (it might feel a little less embarrassing via text, lol!)
